I went to watch Transformers with my girlfriend yesterday and on the way we made some purchases (what’s shopping when you don’t buy anything right?). But wouldn’t you believe it? In just two days I spend around $400 MYR. Transport fees, some withdrawals and game stuff altogether adds up to around that amount. I’m seriously going broke here.

I bought a NDS game for my girlfriend which I couldn’t play at all. The game is called Etrian Odyssey and it’s basically a “Might and Magic” type gameplay. If you played M&M before, you will know what to expect. You can set up bunch of characters ranging from Landsnknecht, Survivalists, Protectors, Dark Hunters and Medics to name a few. My girlfriend said this game reminds her of those old classic RPG games she used to play (which explains her patience on games like this). I really applaud to her, cause I can’t even last through the character creation menu! If you guys want more info on this game, I can ask her to write a review here. But be warned, this is even more “tedious” compared to Final Fantasy 3 DS. If you can’t survive FF3, you definitely can’t survive through this game.

Next thing I bought for her was this small yet cute little Pikachu car. I can honestly say it looks pretty nice with the details looking quite sharp. It’s made by TOMY so there’s no surprise there. That adds another small collection to my current game merchandises.

For myself, I bought a “For World Peace” PSP skin sticker which looks pretty cool but it turns out to be pretty … stressful. The sticker don’t really stick onto the PSP well and I ended up taping the loose ends with some salotape. I will see how it goes after a while. If its really coming off, I’m gonna tear it to pieces. On the bright side, it further protects your PSP from other scratches. In terms of coverage, it covers the front part well but the back part is pretty bare. Probably not going to try another set since they are not actually cheap.
