Resident Evil 0 For Nintendo Wii?
For a moment I thought I was going to shoot myself for picking up the Gamecube edition back in 2007 when I saw this announcement, thinking that it might be a remake or some sort. Further reading kinda proves that it will only feature similar controls from Resident Evil 4 Wii edition. Guess I can breathe a sigh of relief?
Having this game being released on a Wii isn’t a bad idea seeing that the original Gamecube version is rare to find nowadays (I was lucky enough to pick up a fresh copy). However running this game with wiimote + nunchuk do seem a little awkward. Probably would be better if Capcom includes support for classic controllers.
Update : Seems like RE0 Wii edition will be a ‘Japan-Only’ release. Guess it’s back to the Cubes folks. [Kotaku]
